Alexa Lombardo is a creative marketing leader working across brand, creative, and product. As Principal of Atomic Number 8, she partners with founders and leadership teams to build culturally resonant brands and products designed to scale with intention.
Her experience spans cult challengers, global luxury brands, and venture-backed startups, bridging corporate rigor and entrepreneurial speed to build growth engines rooted in brand, performance, and community. Today, her work focuses on brand- and community-led growth, helping modern consumer brands turn momentum into long-term equity.

Ericka Mabrie is a strategic operator specializing in marketing operations, product development, and executional systems. As Partner at Atomic Number 8, she leads the operational backbone of the studio, translating strategy into disciplined, scalable execution across marketing, innovation, and production.
With deep experience in product pipeline planning, packaging development, supplier coordination, and marketing operations, Ericka ensures ideas move efficiently from concept to market. A strategic thinker at her core, she partners closely with leadership teams to structure growth, prioritize initiatives, and build systems that hold up as brands scale.
